Fenrir is electric now

It was fire damage, wasn't it? Is this a 2.0 change or an older one? I don't care too much, just wondering.

Same here. Surprised to find it electrical. Lost all mod slots for all my iconic weapons, too. I don't know if the later is intentional or a mistake, but it needs to be fixed. All my iconic weapons that I spent so much time collecting are now useless!

Yep it used to proc fire damage. I started a fresh play through for 2.0 and one of the first things I did was go get Fenrir and was surprised to find it procs electric damage and also can proc cyberware shutdown on targets which is amazing. I like it now.

Question though. I'm not 100% about this just yet but I went out and used it to shoot up some random gangoons close by to where I picked it up and I think that if the killing blow from the gun is the electric proc, it is non-lethal. Has anyone else noticed this?

As I'm sure you all know now, it's a 2.0 change. I quite like they've explained why in the item description.

Yeah it seems so typical that a Maelstrom scum would have a heavily anti Maelstrom gun, lol.

Mods are specifically for non-iconic weapons now, bearing the handful of XMOD2 iconics.
