Seems to be about a degree hotter than 1.63 max for me & still well within "safe" range w/o turning my box into a vacuum cleaner/jet engine sonically so far. Hopefully that holds up when things get more complicated.
Don't be worried about high CPU temps with the 13000 series they are designed to run closer to the max thermal limit for maximum performance it's same with the newer AMD 7000 series.
Not like the old days apparently now at least for the newer gen CPU's 80-90*c is perfectly fine and no need to worry... lol.
Max "safe" temp for my 7800X3D should be in the low 90s & IIRC was high 80s for the 10900K it replaced.
It was reaching 100 degrees C.
I was able to fix my temps by adjusting my PL1 and PL2 power limit (Turbo Boost Short Power Max and Turbo Boost Power Max in the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility). Right now I have both set to 90W. My temps aren't going above 75 now and I'm still getting the performance I want with the settings I want.
