How to use Frame Gen + Vsync??

I do not have G Sync.

I’m on a 60hz 4k TV. How do I get frame gen with traditional vsync on?

Try enabling V-Sync in Nvidia Control Panel and see if it works. But using FG with 60FPS max is not worth it. Its only really worth using if you can go above 60FPS with FG since you will notice artifacting at only 60FPS and FG.

cap your fps to 57 58 59 see what one is best for you i would use 57.

You have to force set it on through Nvidia Control Panel > Manage 3D settings > Global Settings > Vertical Sync to turn it (ON) so you can use it with frame generation. But vsync won't solve your input/latency it will only help smoothing out your picture between frames.

this is important; fps cap to 58 to get rid of input lag at 60hz+vsync on
