Was cyberpunk 2077 text always this blurry and weird?

The text in the game is sometimes sharp and blurry at the same time. I had the text glitch on me and go from looking like an o to a q. It makes me feel like I need glasses.
I have like 90 hours in this game and don't remember it being this weird.

I am having the same problem with Japanese subtitles. Every text in the game is blurry and very hard to read.　I have contacted support but no response to date.

Text was a lot more clearer before but as updates ( Big Updates ) come out, the Text Fonts have gotten blurrier as far as i noticed.

Maybe Updates lower something in the game in order to improve performance, like lowering the quality of minor stuff that arn't that visually important but have some impact with the games performance.

Maybe I'm insane but that looks the same as when I played the 1.6Version and I had no issues reading it.

Hmm forgot that ScreenShots don't show the games Quality & that the screenshot is more blurry than it really is, especially if the Image is Enlarged.

yeah just recently updated it, font still looks blurry. Doesn't matter the resolution or if I am using dlss or not

This has been happening since I purchased the game.
(Version at the time was 1.6)

When i finished game exactly last year text was fine, now i came back for 2.1 to start new playthrough especially font in subtitles is VERY blurry and hard to read

Go to settings, accessibility and then turn on Remove HUD Lens Distortion, this will help a lot, and for me Remove HUD Visual Effects also helped. It appears that the effects on the HUD were only tested at higher resolutions, causing it to have a distorted and blurry effect at other resolutions.

Remove HUD Visual Effects did a ton for me.
Also, if you're running an AMD GPU, check if Radeon Boost is activated. That caused all of my text to get pixelated when moving the mouse. Definitely turn that off.

Was driving me insane - never happened before 2.0 update and it prevented me from playing Phantom Liberty so thanks a lot a lot
