INVALID INPUT on Character Screen Perks (2.0)

Hello,

after the update and loading a save, if I try to acquire a perk, it says INVALID INPUT where it should tell me the key to hold (also happens on Journal page)
Holding F or E does nothing, the primary interaction key is bound to F in settings.
I'm not using any mods and not sure how to fix this without reinstall (I'd prefer not downloading 75 GB again)
Any suggestions?

My system:
Win 11 all updated
MSI MEG Unify
R7 5800X3D
RTX 4070 Ti
32 GB RAM
Game is installed on M.2 SSD (not in c:\programs folder)

I had the same issue and after deleting everything/uninstalling it now works fine.

If you had previously modded the game but removed them all there may be some traces of mods left somewhere that's causing issues and most likely the only choice is a fresh install completely

Alright, it now works after I deleted the /bin /engine and /r6 folders and verified the installation again :-)

If you want to keep all your mods you can just delete:
inputContexts
inputDeadzones
inputUserMappings

in Cyberpunk 2077\r6\config
and verify integrity
