No more david sandevistan build? Sandevistan's cooldown cannot be modified?

Am I missing something or really can't do it?

Use militech apogee sandevistan and the perks and cyberware to get better cooldown and duration, and get cooldown for defeating enemies. I remade my build and its still pretty near constant sandevistan and works great, you just have to keep killing and take advantage of toggling it on and off when its best to do so. But no you cannot get straight 2sec CD anymore, but using it smartly and getting kills for CD reduction it feels about the same to me in practice with my new setup.

Thank you, it works well. But I will have to adapt and take a long time to choose another cyberware for playing in this new version. From playing before, just use Sandevistan and advance towards the enemy. Use close-range weapons (such as katana)Can kill enemies without worry because it recovers health very quickly. Now I only need a few bullets and I'm dead. So sad. :(

Nice glad it helped point you in the right direction a bit, there was something great about activating sandy and pressing W + left click to win the game lol now I work in my throwing knife a lot more, still use the scalpel katana, and I havent tested yet but I wonder if kereznikov no longer shuts off sandevistan and overrides it like it did before. If that is (hopefully) the case you could run kereznikov to get some time slow during your sandy downtime as well.

I won't say sandy got completely nerfed... the one everyone used that you get from fingers did....but it's kinda better in a way. you can now switch it on and off.also don't let the cd scare you because it dosen't have to be at full charge to use it. you have to get the right perks the david build isn't dead.

too bad it isn’t dead. with the right perks and cyber ware it might be better then it ever was. can essentially run infinite now if you keep killing enemies.

Random loot, or any ripper doc when your level and street cred are high enough.

Actually, no it isn't - Apogee is better, but, tricky to squeeze in that chrome with everything else - Can find the apogee at the 6th Street Ripper Doc
