Pressing F to execute quickhack on the screen to distract the guard does nothing.

Fresh install for 2.0, new game. I'm doing the tutorial just for fun. I'm scanning the screen, pressing F, nothing happens. I cannot quickhack the screen.

Same here. Loaded up a save with a level 30 character. Can't even move through the call-menu properly. Changing the settings back to default didn't help either.

To resolve this bug, it is very simple.
Go to the game location and delete the following folders:
Bin
engine
R6
red4ext

After deleting the folder, you do a file integrity check in the library where the game is installed to verify the game files and reinstall everything again.
