Healing items and grenades

Before the update i had over 100 grenades and over 100 healing items and now i only have 2 of each and i can't even craft more of them ... i am the only one with this problem or what? Like i don;t have the recipe and can't even buy it ( for healing at least since i searched so much of the city)

They are infinite.

Healing items and grenades are now unlimited and function on cooldowns, instead. I could be wrong tho, that's just what Ive noticed during my gameplay.

In patch notes and videos show. Healing and grenades have unlimited uses. They have tiers and variants. So pick what you feel fits for your style and slap them on item slot.

Read the patch notes. They now have charges that replenish after you use them.
