Skill names showing placeholder names and same in graphics settings

COOL_LEFT_PERK_3_2, etc. In settings the DLSS shows <NOT LOCALIZED>UI-Settins-Video-Advanced... etc. Reinstalled, verified files, removed mods (also set to disabled in launcher) and new Nvidia drivers. Please if u installed new Nvidia drivers and have problems let me know. Also the Baldness bug is back (no hats in inventory or on character)

Amd here, I had to go back 2 or 3 drivers but it works perfectly.
