Game just plain censored now?

They have removed the button to disable the censorship in the options,
but I assume the functionality still must be in the game.

It's not only nudity it's blood as well. Sometimes enemies don't bleed but look like they have sperm for blood and organs... realy that's more disgusting and disturbing then seas of blood.

That's intended. The white stuff is a blood substitution for people with lots of cyber implants. They're just more machine than human, where whole organs have been replaced. No need for blood if you're not organic.

Enemies with a big amount of cybernetics don't have blood, but hydraulic fluid, that's why some of them don't bleed red, but a yellowish color

The nudity option is still there in settings.
I just rescued a fully nude Dorsett last night.

IIRC that option can only be toggled from the main menu, if your save is loaded, you can't change it while paused

I keep a permanent save of Pyramid Song and the nudity is still in Judy's sex scene (bonus: Judy has more breast jiggle). Sandra Dorsett was still nude when I rescued her in a new playthrough.

Haven't played it again yet, but didn't they have a streamer-mode setting, or something? Maybe that's turned on?
