Reg: Increased Criminal Activity missing

Hey Guys i am not able to see the "Increased Criminal Activity (3 skull symbol)" in dogtown. Am i missing anything ?

You need to get close to the entrance before they will pop up.

I did, I even went inside and came out. Still it is not coming up

some (looong) ingame time might need to pass, took a looong while for me to see them again in my 80 hr 2.0 playthru . (or broken :( )

So the one that doesn't popup, I think u would have completed it as part of a gig (Mr Hands) already. That could be the reason why you are unable to see the icon. This is what happened to me. Try other 2 locations and go inside the building and the icons would show up.

If anybody else has this problem, well it's not missing it's just sometimes hard to find. There are three, the first one is easy to find once you get close to the NW corner the one in the SE corner you have to go inside the big building and go right to the back, or go around to the back and climb the sloping glass section and fall through one of the missing panes and near the top corner you will see the symbol pop up and the last one is in the SW corner of Dogtown in a building that doesn't appear on the in-game map. and well I never saw the symbol. But I did get the achievement.
