How to not get tracked by enemies when using quickhacks?
I remember having a perk to make me untraceable but with 2.0 looks like its gone. Are netrunners nerfed?

My aunt plays neturunner and has no trouble stealth killing people.

Multiple ways. There is cybercdeck for covert hacks. There are perks that decrease your trace. And there is covert quickhack that if placed before combat hack in queue will not let enemy trace you. Read covert quickhacks description.

If anything netrunning is more powerful, or at least more flexible, in 2.0. Usually by the time I’m tracked there are only a couple gonks left and I just shoot them.

Not really, it's just more complex. There are perks and cyberware that can slow down tracing so much that you have plenty of time to do your thing and escape. There's a cyberware implant called Self-ICE that blocks the first hack to hit you. With that the trace has to start over. There are also a few Hacks that are untraceable. My favourite is System Collapse which will take down people and destroys drones/bots. It uses a lot of RAM, but is perfect if you need to stay in stealth.

There's a lot of ways to go undetected but they require actually having the right Quickhacks or Decks and knowing how to combo them. When you first start out you won't have the good stuff to cover your tracks so it's best to use stealth takedowns coupled with Distract Enemies and such until you can get a Tier 4 or higher Memory Wipe, which when uploaded first won't trigger a trace for combat and control quickhacks.

Memory wipe at Tier 3 (I think) also reduced trace by 25% for everyone you attach it to.

Netrunning isn't just hack a camera from the street and kill everyone anymore, which is a nice challenge because really before you could take an entire base out with only need a sightline to one camera.

The higher the levels the better your hacks work, they all get additional effects as they tier up. You can only enhance your own stealth with quickhacks until you start getting Tier 4 though, again, when using Wipeout first will just not trigger tracing from other hacks.

Play around and find out, as long as you're built properly and willing to understand you won't be an invisible tech god, you'll be fine.

I personally play with throwing knives and covert quickhacks until/if I get caught, then it's smart guns and combat quickhacks.

my pre 2.0 build just so happened to translate nicely and my katana makes me a walking death blender. going loud is no issue if I can chain executes. I can even go toe to toe with mantix maxtac

Kill them. I almost never have a group of enemies survive long enough to trace me. If it looks like they might, memory wipe helps a ton.

Also Sonic shock lets you isolate a target from the network so that any Quickhacks you upload on that target are untraceable.

The perk for take downs resetting traces works fairly well if you have a silenced weapon, once a dude drops somewhat low, just plink him and it usually wipes the entire trace.
Or just que Memory Wipe first since it makes your hacks not get traced in the first place.

I don't know i it's bugged or I'm doing something wrong, but memory wipe doesn't work for me as stated in it's description. Specifically, making following hacks in que untraceable. Every time I set up as suggested, the next hack always sets off a trace, which get's particularly ridiculous when it aggros EVERYONE, netrunner or no, to your exact location.

Stealth hacking is terrible now. Just terrible.

I completed this game 6-7 times on the PS, and at least 5 more times on the PC always with the same build. Stealth hacker. And CDPR went out of it's way to just kill it.

I really could not take it anymore and just modded it back to something closer to pre 2.0. People will try to put a positive spin on it, or tell you to try a different overly complicated build. Or to use guns or some sort of physical finisher....

Just get "Disable Reveal Position Hack v2.0 support" mod, and you will be much happier.

Honestly my favorite part of this whole tracing thing is that when a spreadable bounces off someone else it gets traced back to you and counts against you again. Most notably, Contagion reveals you itself.
