Ripperdocs have nothing for sale
So I'm pretty far in the game, went to change my arm mod and noticed the only options were ones I already bought. Like the ones the ripperdocs normally sell are all missing. Any ideas for a fix?

I am also having this issue. I think it might have something to do with Upgrade U (the patched side-"job" that explains how the whole cyberware mercantile system was overhauled), but I remember still being able to buy things a little after that.
Now, no ripperdoc has any stock in the implant menus or any stock in the trade UI.

Folks in this thread think that using a level capping mod (like this one[www.nexusmods.com]) could cause you to "out-level" merchants whose stock availability relies on your level. Seems reasonable. I was using this one prior to 2.0, and never removed it.
The thread also thinks that this malfunction is ingrained - removing the mod will not fix the issue. However, running the following console command:
Game.SetLevel("Level", 60, 1)
...to reset your level can restore the broken stock. It, however, also gives you way more attribute points and perk points than you would normally be entitled to. Something a save editor can fix if you're worried about the purity of your game.

Level 10 has greens, level 20 has blues, level 30 has purple, and at level 40 they finally start selling useful stuff. That's what I gathered, at least.

Yeah I am using a level cap mod, that explains it. Oh well, was hoping I hadn't borked my game but oh well, I'll probably wait six months and play it again anyway. Thanks so much!

my rippers still have stock and sell everything i already own (apart from the iconics)
and im level 60.

FYI i read in other threads that if you are using mods to go over level 60 they will no longer have anything for sale. as that puts you in a new bracket that's beyond the 2.0 legendary range so they have nothing to sell at that level.

Would it be possible to lock this mod at 60? Or does it keep levelling you no matter what? I'd really like to try a new game starting at max level. :D:

It is possible. You can use a console command to set yourself to Lv60, and the mod linked earlier has a player-defined level cap between 1 (for peril runs) and 300 (for functionally infinite growth).

For those of you having this issue, the easiest workaround is by using the Player tab in the Simple Menu mod https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/818. Here I went for level 72 to 60, wich added me 59 perk and atribute points and then I rest them (for testing). I went to a ripperdock, bought what I want and then I went back to lvl 72, wich give me 12 perk and atribute points and rest them again. The only thing you will loose is the progression of the lvl you are in.

there is also this mod

https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/12500
no more out-leveling Vendor items.

it's original design was to allow players to buy lower level items from vendors (the maker wanted to buy lower level cyberware and white grade weapon schematics)

there is an additional file, designed to fill out the original lower tier items that might never appear otherwise.

the creator said they 'got rid of the 60>check for cyberware while rooting around' so in theory it should fix this issue.
(i'd like to know too, i used to use the custom level mod back in 1.61 and would like to go back to it myself lol, but was not sure about the cyberware problem)
