Just the other day I was thinking, "Man, the rain effects are really cool. I wish it rained more often in this game."

There's pretty much zero sun when using this mod. It's white or yellow fog, heavy rain almost constantly, wind and sand storms, it changes the entire ambience of the game.

I've also felt like lots of sunny weather really puts a focus on the crayon construction yellow color that's used all over streets and such, this weather washes that out which comes off a little more realistic in my opinion.
