Is there any way to buy low-tier cyberware after I unlock a higher tier?

As per the title, because I'm wanting to see what kind of stat boosts I can get with different pieces, but I want to start from the bare bones for each new piece.

Cyberware shops update every 10 character levels. Your best bet is to modify player level, there's probably a console command out there.

Sadly there is no way. They become important again later once you have to balance out your cyberware capacity with the new shiny cyberware. I tend to not sell the old stuff and keep as many as I can...

A fresh start is a good idea though =)

That's super ridiculous we can't buy lower tier and just upgrade. I'm overflowing with components I want to jam into cyberware but no, I'm at purples only right now.
