Beginning of act 2 - where is my vehicle ?

So I've been the fantastic chapter between the two acts. When I've been able to take control I believe a got a message saying something about my vehicle. Since then I don't know how to get it and if I still own it. Any idea ?

Did you get in a car accident in the garage? If so, progress with Delamain. You will get your car back. In the meantime you can buy or steal something.

You do, it was parked under your apartment. Just go to the parking deck and get back in. There is a quest that will lead you to it.

There are free vehicles in the game, like a good bike.

... since nobody else can be bothered to tell you... Turn right out of your apartment go around the corner and get in to the same elevator that you got in to after the Sandra Dorset job, ride the elevator down in to the parking lot lot and your car is forward then on the right... you're welcome

the message starts a quest you can track.... you basically have to go physically to the garage and enter your vehicle.... its the place where Jackie dropped you off in the beginning when Watson went on lockdown and you went home to bed...

forget name of quest but it should be obvious in telling you to go to your car...
