An Open Letter to Regina Jones

Dear Regina,

For the last seven gigs, you have witnessed (or at least heard) me running directly into a crowd of people with a Light Machine Gun, with absolutely no tact, and start opening fire on every single gangoon I can find.

You may have also heard that I replicated this exact same tactic on every formerly-active NCPD situations-in-progress, in which I single-handedly put a stop to 99% of ongoing criminal activity in Watson. You even may have noticed that I exercised this approach in your cyberpsycho sightings, with the exception being that I decided to end the encounters with a baseball bat to their cranium, instead of 50 bullets to the chest, as to incapacitate per your request.

So I ask you now, why are you upset or even surprised that I didn't take the stealthy approach when I planted a GPS tracker on that car in the Kabuki port?

Back when I stole back Jacob Lamb's optical implant from that restaurant on Clarendon Street, and you were displeased with the method of shooting every last Tyger Claw inside, I gave you the benefit of the doubt, as you may not have been privy to my tactics. But now you, as my fixer, should understand that I am the least capable person for any gigs where stealth is of upmost importance, and concede that I am better-suited for jobs with heavier emphasis on combat, such as the Jotaro Shobo situation.

Surely a woman of your intellect would understand that "he is clearly not the merc for this job," but it seems I am mistaken. I would apologize for not handling the prior gig correctly, but I would be lying, for I am not sorry for your own misjudgment. I hope that when we work together again in the future, you recognize that I will not hesitate to immediately open fire on anyone who stands between me and the objective.
