Backlight on a motorcycle?

Before the release of 2.0, on motorcycle rims, you could turn on the backlight, but now, no matter what I press, nothing happens. Have they removed this feature, or are there only certain bikes with backlighting, or maybe some kind of key combination?

They've moved the keybind over to headlights, so now it's;

• Tap the headlights button to turn on the rims
  
• hold it to turn on the headlights

I would also like to know more on that matter. Thought it's a cool feature to have. Also there was an update about umbrellas being a big thing but in this new playthrough I do not recall seeing any npcs using them.

I always see NPCs walking around the city with umbrellas that glow differently, it’s very beautiful! And yes, this happens at night ( when it rains ), I prefer to drive around the city at night)))

P.S. Press V works! Quite strange, I always pressed it, apparently I held it for a long time to turn on the headlights)))
