For anyone struggling with cyberpsycho missions (keeping them alive).

In the River Ward mission, you can loot "Tinker Bell" in the security house, at Nathan's Farm.
For the cyberpsycho's you can't sneak up behind and do a takedown. You can use that thing to do a power attack on them and knock them out for a few seconds so you can strafe behind them and do a takedown. It helped me on several occasions. Not sure if this is new info, but there you go.
