The radio in the starter apartment

I can't seem to be able to turn it off or change station. Tried scanning it also, but that only gives the option to distract enemies.
Not the most important thing, but kinda irritating either way.

A known bug.

What shut the radio up for me (and this is a fix I tried after seeing it posted somewhere) was sitting on the couch and turning on the TV for a moment. Radio turned off, and hasn't turned back on since.

Still can't interact with the radio, but it being permanently off is better than it permanently playing that station.
