Does any ending of the base game affect the plot of the Phantom Liberty?

The base game has a specific point of no return. You get a warning when you get there. Phantom Liberty quests come before you lock yourself into a specific ending.

Quest wise it doesn't really change anything. Some text message that referred to the combat zone got changed to DogTown. But PL takes some of your choices during the base game into account.

Just wanted to add: it's the other way around - your choices in PL affect the base game endings, opens think 4 new possible endings.
