HI HO SILVER LINING Quest bug
I tried quit game, I tried walking very slowly out the club... I tried moving all cars outside out of the way.. I dunno how to fix this dumb bug....

I am unable to trigger leaving the club and the car is not spawning too...

So I just "fixed" it for myself. I did "Run This Town" first. Then I highlighted Hi Ho Silver Lining to visit Hands again. So I think the game expects you to have finished Run This Town

Did not work as a fix for me, just finished Run This Town and still blocked, I think it's because I've passed the trigger than unlock the car, should be when you speak to Hans, but i'm already at "Leave the heart"
