Greetings from Pacifica| achievement bug?

I've finally decided to get those annoying achievements where you gotta do the NCPD scans and fixers gigs, i started from Pacifica but when i finished all gigs and scans, no achievement.
I used the map filter to find the scans of course but nothing, even used the gig filter and some scans popped up, did em, and still nothing.
Any idea on how to fix this? I've run out of options.

It's best to do not just the ones in Pacifica but in the surrounding area, sometimes not only the specific ones for each district are included.
Clean everything.

the pacifica one specifically i had to wait until i opened up dogtown for it to show me the last NCPD scanner marker.

Hi! Did you manage to complete the assault in progress in pacifica? I can't seem to clear it as well

Just have got Pacifica NCPD/gigs achievement, so the good news is - it works on the 2.02 version.

One last site became available to me at midnight only (the one above the stadium). Hope it helps and good luck!
