i mean clearly it's not a simulation of driving physics... as very light brake pressure thus causing the cars body to heave forward and if a left/right direction is simultaneously input along with the light braking cause some amount of body roll... the deceleration PLUS left/right input should cause more YAW rotation than expected from ONLY a left/right directional input alone.
what most dont realize... a cars ability to turn has more to do with it's ability to shift a 'proper' amount of weight to the outside tires MORE than how much the driver turns the 'wheel' so to speak...
it works in MOST of the driving simulators which have managed to stay CURRENT...
i can think of project cars 1 where this was completely not part of their PHYSICS... and was just entirely not even considered... was a COMPLETE FAILFISH of a simulation to be honest
(all of their suspension tuning was a joke in project cars 1)
either way... this game ALSO is not trying to be a simulation of driving AND it's obvious.
it's so dumbed down to the point that.... yea! this isn't how vehicle dynamics works AT ALL
not to mention the fact that in 99% of cars on the planet... guaranteed you'll have to press the brake to keep the car from moving forward even on a flat road... which in this game ... MAGICALLY the car doesnt move at all with no brake/accelerator inputs involved
the concept of BRAKE PRESSURE in this game is almost non existent even with a pressure sensitive Trigger which can utilize trigger pull length... it's almost digital... On/Off braking to be honest
Awesome! I'll have to give this a shot, thanks!
