The Information Still Broken

This bug has been going on since the game released, and its GAME BREAKING, and still no fix? They come out with all these "bug" fixes, but nothing for this bug since the game came out, can't progress anything with this quest being broken. Btw its the part of the quest when are supposed to talk to the bouncers, but she wont talk or hell even look at you to get into Lizzies Bar....

The Information quest is not broken, but your install or save might be.

It is not game breaking because it is not broken--hence nothing for them to fix.

I havent encountered that bug.... all I know is that the bouncers only let you in between certain hours... think it was 6pm to 6am.... I usually do the information quest first instead of maelstrom

usually right after ride with dex i'd go pick up ping from vendor.... walk to the bar doing some NCPD things along the way... and once I get to lizzies bar it wouldnt be time yet so i'd go home and sleep for like a hour or 2 and fast travel back sometime after 6pm....

that sequence I never encountered that bug..... maybe me not being in the area when the right time kicks in helps.... idk...

its a specific time you have to go to the bar to meet evelyn.

I have been going to the bar between the times it asked me to do so, I have done all the quest leading up to it, and still the bouncers will not interact with me whatsoever. And yes it has to be the game, not my saves, cause I have started over and created many characters, still same thing, reinstalled, still same thing, turned ALL mods off, still same thing. So yes it is THE GAME, not my save. This has been a known bug for years...
