lighting and corner of screen faded black

anyone one got any tips on how to fix the lighting in game when im in dark areas its quite litteraly like playing in the pitch black and also the edges off my screen are a faded black but if i move the camera it fades other parts of the screen to black, and there are no brightness settings in the game so i cant change it :(

The edges fading black means youre in stealth

Nexus Mods has a fix for the vignetting.

na i mean like dark dark like your in a dark area you cant see a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing not even in stealth its just genially like being in a pitch black room i have to use the mini map to move around

ive looked multiple times i cant see any setting for it
