About the "Bad" AIs of Cyberpunk
When talking about it, Alt, Netwatch, and Voodoo Boys sounds like they're talking about some apocalypse level threat out there to end humanity. But throughout the game, it feels like people are still the bigger threat.

Are these AI just a danger cause of humanity's dependence on electronics (in lore)? Or there are some crazy Matrix/Terminator level of violent AI with physical shells out there ready to clap any corpo/nations?

They're a threat to corporate interest (Netwatch, Militech, Arasaka, etc.) because they cannot be controlled nor understood. That's the irony. "Rogue AI" is a category that encompasses spliced Netrunners or authentic personalities disconnected from their bodies, not just malicious scripts. So...people, or what's left of them do live there.

And like people, they're varied in their moral dispositions.
