Does anyone has a crash with Cyberpunk and Discord?

Not sure why but sometimes when I Alt+tab from the game and do some works like web surfing, suddenly game crashes. And I found that Discord also crashes as well whenever game is down xD

i'm getting this too. at first i thought it was only while i was on a call, or maybe an overlay issue, but it still crashes even if i just have discord open.

Quite weird xD I wrote a ticket but doesn't seem to be responded

Over the course of about a year of playing off and on its happened to me about 4 times, I will tab to Discord just to reply to a message, when I tab back Cyberpunk freezes, few seconds after that, both crash.

this also happened to me, glad it's not just my own issue, it wont corrupt the system or anything does it?

I noticed this happening too. I don't think it corrupts anything, but I make a practice of shutting down Discord before playing the game. I've also removed it from Windows Startup list ( I hate Discord, and the fact that so many people want to use it for troubleshooting and reporting...)

with msi afterburner as well I guess it's the overlay thing

Glad to see I'm not the only once who's noticed this. Recently got it, and it takes out the game & discord at the same time.

I don't think its the Discord overlay, I was able to use it fine in-game. Typically for me its only when its doing a hard load/scene shift, like when you're waiting for a mission or loading a save.

Welcome to the world of shared memory/resources, I keep having insane issues with both Discord and any browser that's Chromium based because they all share libs in memory and any of those having problems messes with the rest

huh, didn't know Discord and Chromium based browsers share the libs.
