Unable to call vehicle

I don't know why but for some reason after the 2.0 and 2.01 patches; sometimes I'm unable to call my vehicles despite having more than one and its only resolved via quitting to main menu and loading back

Is this a common bug, any fixes or workarounds?

Actually, first try and move like 50-100 meters down the road, and call a vehicle again. That solves it for me, if it just wont come when i call.

Tried that as well, doesn't work. I mean I can't consistently reproduce this 'bug' but its there

I got that bug after completing The Pickup.

Not sure why it happened at all, but I can at least confirm that it happened. I'll try to keep an eye out on it and perhaps find out what's exactly causing it if I get it again.

Wait is that the quest where delamain wrecks your main ride and you have to wait for it to get repaired?
I think I got that too if that's the case; but I too will keep an eye out to see what triggers it

Nah, the mission where V and Jackie go grab the bot from the Maelstromers at All-Foods. That's when I noticed that I was unable to call the vehicle for some reason.

Had no issues with Delamain smacking into me though, so could be randomly triggered. Only question is what exactly is triggering it.

Save and reload usually fixes this.
