Cant get Lizzies gun if i skip ahead to Phantom Liberty?

Title pretty much. The door to the basement in Lizzies bar is locked. is there a way to get the iconic pistol some other way?

Heads up tho in my game it's 100k ish eddies. If your like me a slave to chrome you might want to hit up a few gigs first.

At 5++ the damage itself is low but the effects help with it. In my use of it during PL and having it before V2. It took almost a full clip per enemy without quickhacks or other damage. It doesn't do enough damage.

they wont spawn any way as they are spawned via a trigger like Dexter's gun spawn trigger is in the Playing for time mission or Saburo's knife it only spawns when he dies. but the Skip to PL new game is a new save just with the right missions flags ticked to allow the PL missions to start and some basic items in your inventory so your not starting from nothing.

IMO if you want a slip with out having to rebuy them get a quick start save from nexus mods a good one will have all the miss-able iconic's and other's like LIzzies and dexters guns should be spawned in.
