No Easy Way Out

So I was sitting there doing recon for the mission when I watched one of the tagged enemies just drop through the floor into oblivion. Didn't really think anything of it until much later in the mission. The objective is saying 'Defeat all the Scavs' At which point I had minus the one that fell through the floor into oblivion.

Basically it stopped progression of the mission. Couldn't open the door to the ripperdoc for the boxer.
