what exactly did they fix?!
Un-ironically the game worked better at launch than it does after years of supposed bug fixes. when the game first launched i had 1 crash in 100 hours, since I've installed the game a few day ago I've had 4 crashes and a freeze and countless game breaking bugs, for example right now i'm supposed to meet with dex but the door to the booth is locked, Jackie phased through it, but V isn't magical like him so she can't.

what a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke :steamfacepalm:

Only crashes i have had has been after playing 12 hours + of doing gigs and ncpd reports.
Game lagged the ♥♥♥♥ our when opening map but i assume that was some sort of memory leak as it got fixed after restart.
Also in case you didnt hear they recommed you completly reinstall the game. so if you had the game and then updated to 2.0 you might get more issues than expected.

100% factually wrong.

150 hours = zero crashes. Game runs about 30-40fps faster than it did at launch. Very few bugs, game is running amazingly well.

It's on your end. Seems you are the joke. You have a PC. Now learn to use it.

I have had a four crashes in playing through the DLC, but it is fine. I have to ask, do we really expect to get zero crashes on such sophisticated and massive games?

What I have noticed is that the autosave does not make the game stutter like it did before, there are also more autosaves, so those four crashes had very little impact on me. I hope it was the same for you. Also that they are releasing patches and have a very effective crash dump reporting system makes me happy too.

This game absolutely rocks, the DLC is as good as, if not better than Blood and Wine for the Witcher 3. In fact the ending really got me. I was waiting for this for a long time and hell did it deliver. Another thing all these improvements have made it a really finished and polished game, I love it to bits.

It is a shame that people just keep banging away at the negatives, slight that they are in my opinion. Did you enjoy the new content?

There was 18 fixes for Phantom Liberty dlc alone and whole bunch more for other quests, the patch notes or on the front page discussion board before you enter this hub

the game is fun, sure, but it's still not the game they advertised, people are too quick to forgive and forget. fixing bugs and adding in basic features like a functioning wanted system and the ability to change your character's appearance during the game was enough to make people forget all the false advertising and promises they made before the game launched apparently, despite being the absolute bare minimum.

I am not paying full price for another product from cdpr, so i don't own the dlc yet, won't buy it until it's on sale so i can't comment on it.

I bought the game and dlc last week, and played it for a few days and up to 8 hours and with nexusmods, and noticed mods from that site cause bugs with the game, with chase scenes and NPC ridding on invisible vehicles making them un-killable, so I don't use mods with it because of that, it's not a mod friendly game

Nothing, it's the exact same game. The praise the game gets just now baffles me, it was the same at launch if you weren't on a crap PC.

I had no game breaking bugs at launch, any bug I had a quick save and reload fixed it. I've had multiple game breaking bugs in 2.0, and I still have to save and reload for other bugs.

Had one crash as well, which equals my record for crashes at launch.

The game is awesome though.

That's dumb how could you have 150 hours after the 2.1 update with no crashes? Literally impossible.

For me 2.0 was working perfectly and now with 2.1 I have flickering textures, invisible inventory icons, and more fps drops than before.

Yes, given how much money CDPR had and how long has the game been around. The fact they spent all the money on advertisements and overall hype instead of extra testers is purely their problem.

A update just came out yesterday that broke a lot of mods again. They will have to be updated to work with the 2.1 update.

Indeed it seems their budget was spent on advert rather than polishing their game!.
