Can't find tier 5 cyberdeck?
All Ripperdocs have the same stock, there's no tier 5 cyberdecks for sale. They have tier 5 berserk and sandevistan but no cyberdeck, how come? Level 33, 50 Street Cred

Tier 5 stuff doesn't unlock for purchase until level 40. Super weird that they have the Berserk and Sandevistan. Is it the Apogee and the Militech Berserk?

Tier 5 cyberware unlocks at level 40.

I think you can upgrade to it before 40, but no idea if it's better, the same, or worse.
