Ingame time doesn't progress anymore

I can still wait and sleep but that's not the issue. I need to wait a specific amount of time passively for a certain car (not spoilering which one) to show up which doesn't work if time doesn't progress.
Could it be because of "Who Wants To Live Forever" stalling it?
Simply reloading doesn't work. .

I had that happen too. Time started progressing again after finishing a random side quest.

Same here. Same quest and reloading (older saves) doesn´t help. Finishing a random side quest was not the solution for me either :(

Edit. Quest is Stopping time. It does also lock you out of getting archievements. Reloaded a save waaaay back and time works so do archievements again.

Problem is that I have no more side quests left unless I do the obvious "meet Hanako at Embers" one. I already did the new ending but strangely when the credits were over I got booted into the title screen instead of spawing on the railing overlooking the park in City Center where it would put me after the base game endings.

I mean, I still have to grab the 3 other endings in Phantom Liberty so I'd definitely need to reload to make different choices at certain points but it just sucks having to max out all skills again and also rebuying mantis blades again and re-upgrading them because they're now tier 1 and selling them and buying them back again only raises them to epic rarity with no way to upgrade. This new patch really broke some things

Hm, for me that bug happened pre 2.01 update but sadly I can't recall after which mission it hit me and I'm also unsure how long I played in the bugged state until I realized it. The mission that fixed time standing still for me was the 'Violence' mission at No-Tell-Motel.

I can't really comment on achievements though as I'm playing it on Epic and those tend to be really wonky over there anyways, apart from it also being a different platform than Steam.

Still isn't fixed unfortunately. It amkes getting the monster truck impossible which would be the last on my list of things to do.
I already tried reloading, sleeping, waiting and all that but it didn't help.

Yee, problem is that I already have everything done. However after waiting on the matress for 15 minutes the car spawned and time was running normally again.

The bug is triggered by seeing Lizzy-Wizzy's-BD in V's apartment. I already spoke with the support about it. The bug is known and will probably be fixed in the next patch. Sometimes sleeping or waiting seems to fix the problem, but not always.

Yeah, the BD was bugged for me after a second time watching it after finishing the quest that determines who takes over Dogtown.
Thing is that the BD was fixed now but not the time bug. Sleeping didn't fix it and waiting has been unavailable. Even after getting the truck for some reason waiting is still not available but at least the clock works again
