Dead NPC's Still Move

It's weird to see a headless NPC speaking on phone or looting body.

Sometimes animations get stuck and when you kill NPC's before their animations done, they just get stuck with it unless you take and drop the body.

There was also a civ beating another civ on the ground. It also a similar thing, one second he's on the ground, another you can see standing still.

There was also one occasion where Badlanders near Gary stuck on t pose for a few seconds, then continued.

Animations seem a bit broke compared to last time I played. Just fyi, keep it up!
