Impala Automatics crime scene bug

I've completely cleaned out this crime scene of all hostiles and grabbed the loot box, but there's a weird bug. It still flags as a hostile area and there are a couple of turrets and cameras left, however I can't destroy them. My smartgun can lock onto them but shots do no damage. I'm stumped about this one, no idea how to get the crime scene to clear.
Any advice?

For me, a robot enemy spawned inside the stack of crates in the alley between the two large warehouses. Try pinging around until you find your enemy, and just hope you're still able to kill it with grenades or bullets.
