Rogue ending patch 2.1

I just finished rogue ending but after talking to Judy I always die when I enter AV to go to afterlife

When I loaded my last save game after this patch I got 4 achievements of 4 endings unlocked and I'm quite sure I didn't do those endings ever over 2 years ago. Where I'm 100% sure is the Takemura ending because in my run he died and I didn't even know I could save him, so I wasn't even able to do that ending. Turns out that was not intended.

Just happened to me four times in a row… only mod I’m using is arasaka arms and I’m hoping it’s not the mod breaking the ending. I just did the alternate ending where it’s just V, Johnny, and Alt in Mikoshi. I think this patch broke that ending sequence. Fix one thing here, break three things there… seems to be how video game patches work…

found a workaround, you have to open your map while you enter the AV.
