First, the Cyberpunk 2077 Bonus Content has its own page in the Steam Library - but that page is not listed under the Library directory...
Instead, I have to first go to the main Cyberpunk 2077 page, then select Cyberpunk 2077 Bonus Content from there...
That takes me to another page where there is the player for the audio files... I cannot actually *stop* the player, but I can pause it, which is good enough, I guess.
Anyway, clicking on the Bonus Content link (from desktop or programs menu) just begins playing the audio in this Steam player - but does *not* actually set the Steam display to this page, so user has no idea this is going on... a little obtuse, but I've got it now.
Used to be you'd find it in the standard Cyberpunk install folder.
Now they've gone and stuck it in the MUSIC folder in steamapps. Because that's definitely a folder people totally use.
I had found the original folder recently, and to my surprised, the OST was all there, in glorious HI-FI .wav files, the way that they were meant to be listened, in their full glory that they were conceived.
However, it seems that there are only .mp3 files now, which makes them no better than your standard Spotify experience. Sadness is the only feeling left.
I'm not sure if this is a fix, but if you open Steam>settings down at the bottom of the settings menu there is a Music option. There is a toggle switch there for "Download high quality audio files"
Also, if you click the desktop link to play a soundtrack and can't find the controls. You can open steam and find a purple music icon at the top right of the steam window. to the left of your account icon and the notifications button. I discovered this when I accidentally started playing the Transistor soundtrack
You can view all downloaded soundtracks by changing the game filter options to not show games and show soundtracks instead.
