[BUG] CONTROLLER UI WHILE USING KEYBOARD STILL BROKEN

patch today supposedly fixed this issue but it didn't
fresh install
linux
proton experimental
no controllers of any kind are connected

tried all the fixes people said:
delete cyberpunk appdata folder
disable steam input

do not have this issue with the same hardware on windows

this makes the game entirely unplayable, most keys do work but crouching doesn't, seeing the wrong button prompts is very disorienting

I also have this bug on windows 11, except I simply don't have keyboard control mapping at all. I'm not getting UI hints for controllers, just can't edit any of the mouse + keyboard values or keybinds.
