the problem is they added scaling for EVERYTHING.
Enemies scale
Dialogue checks scale
Even doors and those access points scale with your level..
i like the enemy scaling. but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the rest of the scaling is the dumbest thing they ever did.
There are/were a couple in Watson where they don't/didn't have any requirements to jack in.
3 on a rooftop with a bunch of Scavs that are dealing in stolen TraumaTeam items is one place that comes to mind.
Not sure if the level scaling of the (old) zones affects them now, but it used to.
(I used 'streetstyle' back in 1.61 ect. The jack in points in Little China used to be 9, then 11 up in Northside iirc, so its possible the points in Northside are 6? I'll know later when I get more time on my inputs PC lol. He's busy building Jurassic Parks lol)
