What are the new Access Point thresholds for 2.0?
In the previous update, you needed 6 Intelligence to access them for the first half of the game, and roughly 13 towards the end.

I'm using a character that uses quickhacks despite having 3 Intelligence, so I'd like to give her the bare minimum I need to start grabbing components and be ready for the high end quickhacks later.

Hard to say. I'm level 26 or so i believe. and I'm running into 9 int access points.
the problem is they added scaling for EVERYTHING.
Enemies scale
Dialogue checks scale
Even doors and those access points scale with your level..
i like the enemy scaling. but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the rest of the scaling is the dumbest thing they ever did.

It scales. The game really pushes you to focus on a build and commit to it to 20. You can have 3 stats at 20. I don't really mind. You don't need those locked doors when you can easily go through the direct route.

If i remember right tho. there are locked doors with no alternative entrance and some juicy loot. THESE make me really annoyed with the scaling.

I accessed one at 4int and above (3 Tyger Claws, small alley with dead store owner. One tyger was man in trench coat, one Mohawk tyger, last was tygress with pointy feet cyberlegs) in Little China/Watson.

There are/were a couple in Watson where they don't/didn't have any requirements to jack in.
3 on a rooftop with a bunch of Scavs that are dealing in stolen TraumaTeam items is one place that comes to mind.

Not sure if the level scaling of the (old) zones affects them now, but it used to.
(I used 'streetstyle' back in 1.61 ect. The jack in points in Little China used to be 9, then 11 up in Northside iirc, so its possible the points in Northside are 6? I'll know later when I get more time on my inputs PC lol. He's busy building Jurassic Parks lol)

yes level scaling affects all of them.
