Cant get the most wanted criminal trophy (APB is not enough)

I was trying few different places in Dogtown, but it behaves always the same. Everytime i kill anyone, citizens, security or bandits in Dogtown - i could kill 100 people and still nothing. There are not displaying those police blue stars from 1 to 5. It does not react at all. However it works outside of Dogtown. I have found few videos on youtube, but those guys were using playstation only. I have the PC. It might work on consoles without problem. Any tips, tricks ? Or it is just bugged in PC version ?

I'm playing on PC and I have it. Are you saying you're not getting police stars at all in Dogtown?

It's a little weird in Dogtown- there are very few actual police Barghest units and they really don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the civilians.

The only way I was able to pick up that achievement was by attacking the blue icon Barghest right on the other side of the gate in Dogtown. That'll get the ball rolling, and you can run out of turret range and fight the units that come rolling up on you in waves.

Good to know that it is possible on PC version. Yes, i cant get any star. Perhaps it would take difference according to story/gigs etc. I think that those stars were possible in the beginning of Dogtown quest. However when i tried to load it, it does not work already. When did you achieve it ?

Some achievements have been broken for around a week now. They have said they are aware on it on their website but haven't heard anything else on it. I have a few older achievements that are not popping for me.

I got it around halfway through the PL campaign, fighting an endless battle against Bargheists.

Yeah, the only really weird bit about it is that you can even kill quite a few Barghest forces and not draw any stars, if the blue-star Barhgest don't happen to witness it. Maybe it's supposed to reflect that by this point a lot of them are just recruited ex-gangers etc. and they're not just the presumably more cohesive occupation force, but eh. You'd think that contesting an airdrop might, but... nope, kill everyone there, Barghest or not, and the rest of Barghest won't care.

Major spoilers but I think once you do a certain mission in dogtown, the authorities are a little more scattered. There's probably an element of it that's definitely a bug, but it does feel appropriate given the circumstances. NCPD doesn't care about Dogtown, and order is barely maintained on a good day.

That's the Night City side of the gate. What I mean is the other side of it. Basically right after you pass through the scanners to get into Dogtown, stop and shoot a few of the Barghest guys stationed there on the Dogtown side of the gate. You'll see them as blue icons on your minimap, like other police units.

McBritches: You mean that you lost some of your older achievements ? Seems like i have all of them. This APB is the last one which i miss. So i hope next update wont reset any achievement :)

Vile: thank you very much, it worked. This is really ideal place. First shot on that blue dot guy and immediately 3 stars, then killed about 10-15 more and got 5 stars. I tried to survive it and then hide. Now when i returned, everything is there again, turrets ready, robot, etc. Finaly, 100% achivements again :-) Lets hope it wont restart some older achievement. Not sure how it works for example, another tarrots in Dogtown, if it is not the part of that original achivement, or it is the part of main game only.
