Disasterpiece - Can't Complete "Find Evelyn" -- Bug

So, Judy's on the same floor as me--in a control room, and I cannot reenter the room we just left: I don't have the 10 Technical Ability to open a door in the immediate next room--the door on the left; and, also in the same immediate next room, the door the yellow quest line points me toward doesn't open--a door which should open, as just verified in a YouTube video.

In the quest point just before this, "Follow Judy," or something like that, I also got stuck, because I didn't enter the room she walked into (the room I'm now stuck in), and, therefore, was blocked, again, because the same door wouldn't open, and the other required that 10 Technical Ability.
