What does this even mean? I have the capacity and it installs when I purchase it, what if anything is being held back and how can I see what the requirement is?

The new system has a numerical limit to how much you can equip based on levels and skills. You will see a number on the left side with a bar when equipping and when mousing over each cyberware, a cost. The cost gets deducted from whatever your total is on the left and when you try to equip something that would put you over the limit, it won't allow it.

Do you mean the cyberware capacity? That was my first thought too, but I definitely have enough capacity free to install.

Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about, you can see on the left I have the space, unless it's a bug with reading the capacity I dunno what the requirement could be.

Originally I saw it happen with the sandevistans so I thought it was to do with me missing a minimum skill requirement, but a few minutes ago it started saying it with most of what I purchased and equipped.

Ah, it looks like that particular cyberware requires a perk in one of the skill trees to use it. There are 2 perks that give you 2 more extra cyberware spots and some that allow certain cyberware to be installed as long as you have the pre-requisite.

That is a capacity icon and message. If you're sure you have enough(the iconic one you're trying to install uses quite a lot) try removing the previous one first with the middle mouse button(not sure how on controller).

the game isn't taking into account that itll be uninstalling the current one
