I tend to LOATH boss fights like the ones these games put in them. My opinion is they add NOTHING to the game.
Just places for people to flex their gaming "skills" (hence the lame "git gud" comments).

I just change difficulty to normal (or easy even) just whack them, change difficulty back and carry on.

Synapse burnout twice and he goes down, but i wouldn't suggest going netrunner, it's a bit too strong, makes game trivial.

Again....not hard. Just super annoying. Not everyone finds it fun to just cheese broken mechanics.

Compared to other bosses he is harder but I wouldn't say that he is hard boss fight, just be creative with the way how you fight instead of just gunning and hiding.
