If you have already completed the 23/23 orders with Regina Jones in a score before 2.0, can you still somehow get the axolotl ?, is after all very important for every netrunner

lots of things that happen on your save is locked as is , i had a bug on a character where all the TV's don't work . i had to start a new game so i think its no unfortunately . there is cyberware for sale at tier 5 like the axolotl . dunno if its the same name but i doubt it will be the iconic version . if you have enough crafting components you can upgrade it probably beyond what axolotl gives you anyway . so the regina reward . probably no . the same cyberware at tier 5 . yes
