switch between grenades

Hello,

I've noticed it's kind of tedious to switch between grenades, you can do it from the wheel but it kills the rythm of the fight. You change switch weapons though 1 to 4, or use the scroll, or use alt, but there doesn't seem to be an option for grenade.
Is there something I'm missing or maybe a mod ?

Nope you have to manually change your grenade and health slots. No way to fast switch between them.
