Report a translation problem
I think the issue with the spread is that it cannot jump networks, so if a cop and a gang member are standing next to eachother and you hit one with the blackwall, it wont jump to the other. However 2 gang members or 2 cops it will happily spread.
2.11 however seems to have made it so that maxtac and most bosses are immune to death by blackwall, and they take less damage than short circuit which is infuriating for the amount effort it takes to actually get the blackwall quickhack, not to mention the fact you get it so close to the end of the game it makes it nearly pointless.
But sure 30 RAM against MaxTac is bad.

Blackwall gateway do decent damage on bosses (critical are working) but sometimes it does 0 damage.
