Autofixer contracts? Where are they?

I'm not seeing any on my map, I have the option checked to display on my map. I'm in need of new wheels. What do I need to do to get the ball bouncing here.

I think you have to do a car theft job that starts in Dogtown to get them to start appearing all over the map. Just drive around dogtown watching for a steering wheel icon on the minimap, that's what worked for me.

Ahhh, yeah... I've been holding off on Dogtown. K, thank you! That's so weird though, I see cars I've purchased in previous play through.... that kinds sucks for people who bought the DLC. Original game cars should be readily available.

The original game cars do not require the quests to unlock the ability to buy them through the auto fixer, just have enough street cred. The auto fixer replaces having fixers call you and tell you where to go to buy a car, instead you buy it through the auto fixer and summon it. It does show all the ones you already bought as well.

Autofixer on the map filter is not the car theft missions, it shows you where you can go to buy cars. This has nothing to do with the DLC.

I think the car theft missions only show up on the mini-map, not the main map, because they are temporary and will drive away if you don't take them.

The auto theft missions only show up on the mini map when you are near one. They are not static so they are not the main map. They disappear after a set time and new ones spawn.
