Where can I find blueprints for first aid kits?

There are two types: one that heals immediately and one that heals gradually. I've read some guides and didn't find anything. I finished the game.

Odd, I bought them at the apothec.

They show up in some Med Vendors. But it kind of rare as I want to say the game checks the tier you already have and will only show the BP if it is higher then the stuff you have.

Grenades do the same thing it seems. But I've seen some lower teir BPs floating around and that might be vendors holding iventory form my last visit and they have not refreshed yet.

It only shows me amplifiers for something that last 1800 seconds. I only drove around 5 pieces and there was nothing. Level 43.

I don't think there are any for sale, but you can find them, occasionally. But since the medical items don't get used up and are on charges now, it's not as necessary.
Might try checking all sorts of shops, also. Trying to remember if I found some at a food place or not(been a couple days).

I go to the medicine vendor's periodically to check.... usually at the tier milestones like level 10, 20, 30... ect.... open up the next tier for all vendors... so if your rocking around with a green first aid kit and hit level 20 go check out the vendor and they will start selling the blue tier...

I don't think i ever had to craft a single one. I think i looted every health kit upgrade all the way to tier 5.
