Where is this patch, i have paused playing due to the vision glitch

I put up with this glitch for a little bit, but luckily I had an old save to go back to for this fix and didn't lose too much progress. Maybe this will help someone else out:

I'm just really hoping it fixes some of the serious bugs with cyberware capacity. The new cyberware system is really cool, but I'm terrified of swapping parts out for fear something will break. I've somehow ended up with 61 points over capacity, and leveling up isn't increasing it for some reason now.
The game does not seem to handle things that change your capacity very well right now.

didn't work for me when i had the problem a few days ago. and even went and installed red mod because i thought maybe it was required, and that almost borked my installation of the game and had to uninstall/reinstall GOG.

luckily i hadn't done the brendan missions yet and i can say for a fact that that fixes it. can't remember if it's the second or third brendan mission but that was the only thing that worked for me being i didn't have saves going back before i picked up the glitch.

The day before they announced this patch, I ended up reloading a save where I lost 5 hours of play time, because the glitching was making me feel sick ever time I played The mod people have mentioned didn't work for whatever reason, unfortunately.

FFs i dont have or want an eariler save to go back to, i thought it was something in game i had to do to get rid of (havent played since the game launched and i finished it then).
Such a lame bug...
